What is your return policy?
We try our best to ensure you are all highly satisfied with your purchase, however, if for any reason you need to return an item, we offer free returns if posted back within 14 days from recieving your parcel. You will find a return address tag with an invoice which will be sent with your order confirmation email - this is to be printed, clearly filled out and attatched to the parcel if a return is needed. All returns must be sent back in original packaging. Once we have recieved your parcel, it should take 3-5 working days for the money to return back into your account.
What are the payment options?
Our brand allows all of our products to be paid in all currencies. We accept the following payment options: Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards, Maestro, Solo or Electron debit cards, American express, and we also have a paypal option.
How are you sustainable?
As a brand, we do all we can to remain as sustainable and ethical as possible. We can ensure we are a very sustainable business as we only use sustainable materials. We try to source and produce locally when able to, however this isn't always possible so we visit our factories around the world regularly to check in with all of the fibres being used.
Within our offices, we use LED lighting, and source electricity offsets from 100% wind power suppliers. We are into recycling and reusing with any resources where possible. Also, all of our packaging is plastic-free, and made from 100% recycled paper products and compostable bio-based films.
